
Maureen has worked in the counselling field for over fifteen (15) years. Since 2008, Maureen has been working in a variety of mental health settings including inpatient / out patient, community and hospital settings. She is passionate about helping people establish more quality of life and achieve the life goals they have set for themselves. She has worked extensively with couples and individuals to help them improve their relationship. Maureen has worked with individuals including children and adolescents to overcome mental health and trauma including complex, childhood, physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
Maureen’s previous counselling experience includes: career transitions and decision making, abuse and trauma training. Maureen has facilitated numerous workshops including mental health, Complex Trauma, Collaborative Parenting and recovery groups. She has presented at several conferences and forums and community events.
